Ontario Christian School is seeking a part-time Scrip Coordinator. We are looking for someone to help us enhance this valuable program. This position receives Scrip orders, orders gift cards, collects gift cards from local businesses, distributes the orders, tracks all payments, promotes the program, and manages volunteers. This role is also responsible for administering the online Scrip orders and accurately recording all of the transactions into QuickBooks Desktop and/or Online. This position Experience in a Christian school setting is preferred. As a member of the Ontario Christian staff, this individual is expected to demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to service. Requirements:

Experience

  • 0-5+ years of accounting, administrative or other applicable experience.
  • Prior experience working in a Christian school environment.

Education

  • High School Diploma and/or applicable experience.
  • Accounting background is a plus.
