About This Position
The RoleArena Americas is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee day-to-day human resources operations and support our growing team.
This role works closely with leadership and department managers to ensure HR programs and processes run smoothly while helping create a strong, positive employee experience.What You’ll DoHR OperationsManage daily HR operations, including employee records, HR systems, and internal processesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain and update employee policies, procedures, and the employee handbookOversee HRIS data integrity and employee record accuracySupport HR reporting and maintain documentation for audits and complianceEmployee RelationsServe as a resource for employees and managers on HR mattersAddress employee concerns and assist with conflict resolutionConduct investigations when needed and support appropriate follow-up actionsGuide managers on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and disciplinary mattersPromote a professional, respectful workplace culturePerformance ManagementSupport the company’s performance review processProvide guidance to managers on employee evaluations and feedbackAssist with performance improvement planning and employee development initiativesPartner with leadership to reinforce expectations, accountability, and alignment with business goalsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teamsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and integrityExperience working in multi-state or operational environments is a plusQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field7+ years of progressive HR experienceWhy Join ArenaArena offers the opportunity to work in a fast-moving environment supporting world-class events and projects.
