**Calling all Paramedic adventurers! This position requires extensive travel, training or filling in for team members on rotation at various sites across the nation.**

Responsibilities
Onsite and Remote Training (20%)
- Lead and deliver on-site training and education for employees on health, safety, and emergency response procedures.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to on-site medical staff, reinforcing best practices and compliance standards.
Rotational Coverage Support (80%)
- Administer emergency medical care, including respiratory, trauma, and cardiac interventions, and conduct patient assessments (e.g., drug screenings), as needed to provide coverage.
- Perform record-keeping, filing, and data entry as required, excluding treatment-related records.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment in accordance with safety protocols and standards.
- Provide guidance and information on medical treatments, procedures, and workplace health initiatives, promoting a strong culture of health and safety.
- Measure vital signs and collect specimens when required.
- Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately and timely.
- Monitor worker health and oversee preventive care initiatives on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain readiness for on-site medical incidents and emergencies.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel 100% of the time
- Must be able to work 50-60+ hours per week.
- Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts (rotating shifts, weekends and holidays)
- Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs throughout the work shift.
- Ability to climb without difficulty.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, handle or feel objects, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in small spaces.
- Ability to talk, hear, and taste/smell while performing job duties.
- Must have a favorable driving record for the past 5 years.
- Must pass detailed Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.
- Ability to work independently in remote or isolated locations.
- Must have strong team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific safety procedures preferred(construction, mining, etc.).
Skills and Experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
- Skilled in administering emergency care (CPR, trauma management, etc.).
- Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, local/state regulations).
- Proficient in medical record-keeping and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with workers and management.
- Physical stamina to lift, assist, and manage patients.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under stress.
- Experience as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) provider
Required certifications and licenses
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent
- NREMT Paramedic License
- Driver’s license
- Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or equivalent (preferred)
