As an Identity Data Management Specialist, you will be a key differentiator. Our work depends on an Identity Data Management Specialist joining our team to provide support to a highly specialized DoW program in Fayetteville, NC working closely with the ISM Office to coordinate activities and operations.

The likely salary range for this position is $86,700 - $117,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Job Description:
As an Identity Data Management Specialist, you will be a key differentiator. Our work depends on an Identity Data Management Specialist joining our team to provide support to a highly specialized DoW program in Fayetteville, NC working closely with the ISM Office to coordinate activities and operations.
HOW AN IDENTITY DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Project planning, developing, and maintaining organizational tasks for current and future operations.
- Formulating data analysis for process enhancement.
- Inputting supported workforce data, requesting computer accounts, and maintaining/monitoring DoW databases.
- Reviewing personnel security documents for accuracy and compliance with program policies.
- Ensuring proper handling of classified data.
- Maintaining data, files, and organizational tools to track and record actions.
- Creating reports, information papers, and briefings.
- Preparing training materials and conducting orientation for new hires and DoW personnel.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field or equivalent experience; significant related experience may be accepted in lieu.
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience supporting military and/or intelligence operations, including experience with Signature Reduction Activities.
- Security clearance level: Active DoW TS/SCI eligibility required.
- Skills and abilities: Completion of the Due Diligence Course is required. Completion of the Advanced Technician Course and Advanced Planners Course is preferred.
- Location: Customer Site (Fayetteville, NC).
