Position Overview Triumph Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide Early Intervention (EI) services to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) with developmental delays and disabilities. Services are delivered in natural environments, including homes, childcare settings, and community locations, using a family-centered coaching model supported by evidence-based practice.

Our Early Intervention approach prioritizes coaching and empowering caregivers to support motor development within daily routines, promoting functional outcomes and long-term success. This position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor role.

Key Responsibilities Clinical & Coaching-Based Service Delivery Conduct physical therapy evaluations, assessments, and developmental screenings for children ages birth to 3

Develop, implement, and update Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary team

Provide Early Intervention physical therapy services using a coaching model, supporting caregivers in embedding motor strategies into everyday activities

Model, observe, reflect, and problem-solve with caregivers to support carryover and functional motor outcomes

Address areas including:

Gross motor development

Strength, balance, and coordination

Mobility and postural control

Movement patterns and motor planning

Adaptive equipment recommendations (as appropriate)

Family & Team Collaboration Partner with parents and caregivers as the primary agents of change

Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, developmental therapists, service coordinators, and other EI professionals

Participate in IFSP meetings, team consultations, and service planning activities as required

Documentation & Compliance Complete all required evaluations, visit notes, progress reports, and IFSP documentation accurately and timely

Maintain compliance with IDEA Part C regulations, county/state EI requirements, and payer documentation standards

Submit documentation in accordance with Triumph Healthcare Solutions’ timelines and quality expectations

Qualifications Education & Licensure

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active Physical Therapist license in:

Pennsylvania (for Delaware County services), and/or

Delaware (for Delaware EI services)

Experience

Experience working with infants and toddlers (birth–3) preferred

Familiarity with Early Intervention and caregiver coaching models strongly preferred

Clearances & Requirements

Required state and federal background clearances (based on service location)

CPR/First Aid certification (infant/child)

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Independent Contractor Status This position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor role.
