SALARY:

$90,909 to $115,000+ per year depending on experience and Faculty rank. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials. The RVU Rank and Promotions Committee will determine rank of any finalist.

Responsibilities
Teach and support graduate, medical, and other healthcare professional students through instruction and advising.

Serve the university by mentoring students, participating in committees, and contributing to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement.

Assess student performance, provide feedback and remediation, and ensure students meet university standards for knowledge, skills, and competencies.

Conduct research and scholarly activities in field of expertise.

Maintain a professional development portfolio that documents teaching, service, research, and personal growth.

Uphold high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all personal and professional actions.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and staff.

Perform other duties as assigned by the MSBS Program Director.
