Reports to the Deli Manager

Requirements:

• Enforce daily operations with recipes and procedures
• Account for daily waste
• Preparing food orders through the food purveyor
• Documenting monthly inventory
• Helping create a weekly schedule
• Ensuring the kitchen staff stays within their budgeted hours
• Open availability and can work weekends
• Must have reliable transportation
• Participate in a training session with our corporate trainer
• Fill in where needed for staffing issues
• Must work up to 40 hours a week
• Can lift up to 50 pounds when deliveries arrive
• Maintain a clean work environment
