Pay: $20.00-$22.00

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to support our HVAC and Plumbing teams and help ensure our technicians have what they need to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of procurement, buying, or expediting experience (HVAC/plumbing industry preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory management and procure-to-pay P2P processes
- ServiceTitan or similar ERP system experience a plus
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Background in HVAC, plumbing, automotive service, or supply house experience preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage high volume and competing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
What you will do:
- Execute sourcing of materials to meet cost, timing and quality objectives.
- Partner with business unit leaders and provide excellent service in support of company goals.
- Maintenance of vendor price lists and preferred supplier relationships
- Vendor price alignment with company’s profit target
- Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
- Verify purchase orders by comparing items requested to take-off sheets; clarifying unclear items; and recommending alternatives.
- Verify vendor acknowledgements and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain good and positive working relationships with distributors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quantity, quality, and supply issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Review and resolve back orders, warranty parts and returns.
