Multifamily Plumbing QA/QC Manager at Breakthrough Resource Management LLC – Cape Coral, Florida

Lead Quality. Set the Standard. Build It Right.Breakthrough MEP is hiring a Multifamily Plumbing QA/QC Manager to take ownership of quality across our Florida projects.

We’re looking for a high-level plumbing professional who understands how multifamily jobs are actually built in the field—not just on paper. You know what inspectors look for, you’re confident in Procore, and you have the presence to hold teams accountable.

This role owns quality from underground through trim, startup, turnover, and closeout.

You’ll also bring enough field leadership experience to step in when needed—supporting Foremen and Superintendents, directing work, and keeping jobs organized, inspection-ready, and moving forward.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForLead QA/QC across active multifamily plumbing projects in Southwest FloridaVerify installations meet plans, specs, Florida code, manufacturer requirements, and company standardsBuild and enforce phase-based quality checklists, audits, and hold pointsUse Procore for inspections, deficiencies, progress photos, punch, and closeoutDrive first-pass inspections and reduce reworkTrain field teams and reinforce quality expectationsIdentify issues early, assign corrective actions, and ensure proper closeoutSupport turnover, commissioning, and final delivery with strong documentationStep in to provide field leadership support when needed without losing focus on qualityWhat We’re Looking ForStrong multifamily plumbing field experienceWorking knowledge of Florida plumbing code and inspectionsProven Procore proficiency (inspections, observations, punch, photos, documentation)Ability to read plans, specs, submittals, and shop drawings with confidenceSharp eye for installation quality, sequencing, and code-critical detailsBackground as a QA/QC Manager, Superintendent, General Foreman, or Senior ForemanStrong leadership presence with the ability to hold teams accountableHighly organized with strong follow-throughPreferred QualificationsOSHA 30Florida multifamily project experienceMaster plumbing license or equivalent field credibilityBluebeam or similar toolsExperience building repeatable QA/QC systems, checklists, and reporting processesWhy This Role Stands OutThis is a true field leadership role for someone who takes pride in building work the right way.
