We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Customer Care team for the summer. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work with real-world tools and contribute to strategic decision-making by creating a training program and development timeline. Supporting Customer Care teams and leadership while streamlining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple Customer Care teams to understand process needs and requirements to understand
- Develop and update training assets such as slide decks, guides, job aids, and video content
- Collect and analyze training feedback from participants
- Identify gaps, pain points, or opportunities to improve clarity, effectiveness, or usability
- Recommend improvements based on learner experience and performance insights
- Organize, standardize, and maintain training documentation to ensure content is current and easy to access
- Creating new training materials to support a remote team
- Using video, AI, and other tools to support the teams beyond the length of the internship
- Recently obtained or currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Strategy, Adult Education, or related field.
- Interest in adult learning, enablement, onboarding, or employee development
- Interest or experience (academic or informal) in:
- Creating presentations, guides, or instructional content
- Supporting workshops, onboarding, or training programs
- Comfort learning new tools and adapting content for different audiences
- Curiosity about how people learn and how training impacts performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

For candidates based in our San Diego office, the salary (or hourly range is $XX - $XX.
For candidates based in our South San Francisco office, the salary or hourly range is $XX - $XX.
For candidates working remote (US), the salary or hourly range is $XX - $XX.
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience, skillset, geographic location, industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
