Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on all production and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation
• Carry out equipment and line changeovers according to production requirements.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues that arise during production.
• Support a collaborative work environment by communicating openly, sharing ideas, and leveraging team experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, plus 1-2 years of relevant maintenance or mechanical experience.
• Previous experience with high-speed packaging, processing, or other manufacturing machinery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Proven ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism and respect for others.
• Solid technical aptitude with the ability to apply fundamental electrical and mechanical principles in hands-on situations.
