• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Competitive salary: $75,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience)

• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)

• Consistent orthopedic caseload (post-op & non-operative)

• Physician collaboration and coordinated care

• Continuing education support + license reimbursement

• Stable, established referral base

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Progress patients based on functional outcomes

• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff

• Maintain high-quality documentation and patient experience

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required)

• Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred but not required

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

• Ability to manage an efficient patient schedule
