$21 /hourly

Pacific Coast Producers, a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking to fill Seasonal Human Resources Clerk positions for the Swing Shift with qualified, capable individuals for our Lodi, CA Production Facility. Our Lodi facility maintains production lines for canning apricots, peaches, and apple products.

The Seasonal HR Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department during our harvest season. The seasonal HR clerk typically includes the following duties and responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and data entry.
  • Ensure that employee records are up-to-date, accurate, and properly filed.
  • Assist at front office to answer questions from employees or public.
  • Retrieve reports as needed.
  • Assist employees with orientation and benefits paperwork and answer any questions they may have.
  • Communicate with various departments/teams to ensure coverage issues are resolved.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work any of the three shifts, overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Available to work during the months of June through end of September.
  • Reliable and able to maintain excellent attendance.
  • Bi-lingual candidates (Spanish or Punjabi) preferred.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour. This position is a temporary/seasonal role, on-site, for the swing shift in Lodi,CA. Weekend and overtime hours required as needed.
