Store Manager in Calvert City, Kentucky at Max Arnold and Sons, LLC

This position is primarily responsible for maintenance, management and organization in the development of the operation, administration and management in the assigned location.

Responsible for day to day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising employees and assistant manager.

Responsible for the store profits, and all controllable expenses including labor, inventory levels, and cash and inventory. Completes documentation required by the company.

Analyzes results, operational trends, make action plans to provide direction to areas of opportunity.

Responsible for inventory management, purchasing, audits, compliance with State and Federal Regulations.

Monitor purchases and supervises appropriate processes with various suppliers.

Trains and evaluate employees in existing and new business processes.

Requires three years of experience in management positions in companies in retail and / or wholesale, food service or fuel industry.
