Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible be responsible for developing a proactive approach to attract top talent for key positions at Opaa! Food Management. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, recruitment and selection with a focus on hourly and salaried positions.

FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

Essential Functions

1. Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to establish recruitment strategies and assess talent needs to ensure alignment with achieving business objectives

2. Review and screen applications, create and conduct behavioral based interviews, assess and select the most appropriate candidates to present to the hiring manager based on required skill sets, qualifications and competency requirements

3. Conduct phone and video screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration

4. Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring team throughout the recruitment process including coordination of interview scheduling with the candidate and hiring manager

5. Train the hiring manager and hiring teams on competency selection, interviewing skills, recruiting processes and selection tools to ensure proper hiring procedures are followed

6. Collaborate on specific recruiting related projects from process updates, interview best practices, and metrics to provide key insights to the leadership team

7. Responsible for achievement of targeted KPIs

8. Adhere to all processes and procedures defined as part of the full life cycle recruitment process

9. Support hourly recruitment efforts in the field

1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk, hear, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, push, pull, feel and grasp with hands and arms.

2. The employee must exert up to 5 pounds of force occasionally and/or a light amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

3. Specific vision abilities required by this job include concentrated attention, close vision, far vision, and the ability to bring object into sharp focus.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's Degree, required.

Experience:

· Recruiting experience with a proven track record of success (3-5 years

of progressive recruiting experience preferred)

· Experience working with applicant tracking systems.

· Proven track record of successfully building rapport and trust throughout an organization.

· Ability to properly handle confidential information.

· Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

· Knowledge of interviewing principles and employment law.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

· Demonstrated teamwork, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

· Proficient in the knowledge and use of MS Office (Word, Excel)
