| Job Summary | Manage the Refill Call Center which services over 70 UK Ambulatory Clinics as well as other assigned tasks to assist the specialty pharmacy call center. Oversee staffing needs and team schedule. Develop and review team metrics. Lead team meetings and enforce departmental policies. Collaborate with UK Ambulatory clinics to escalate patient safety concerns. Collaborate with UK Specialty Pharmacy Leadership Team. Provide excellent customer service to resolve patient complaints and issues. There is an internal candidate |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast paced, high intensity, professional work environment; knowledge of SAP and Kronos scheduling/timekeeping; proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent attention to detail; exceptional planning and organizational skills; effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgment; and respect for confidentiality. |

| Preferred Education/Experience | Administrative and/or personnel support experience as well as payroll and/or timekeeping experience preferred. Healthcare administration/accreditation support highly preferred. |
