Moxie Pest Control is looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert to lead full-cycle recruiting for our high-growth home services team. You’ll focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring field technicians and office support roles, with a strong emphasis on outbound recruiting and quality of hire.

This is not a passive recruiting role. You’ll execute daily outbound efforts—LinkedIn, cold outreach, job fairs, referrals—and act as the gatekeeper for culture, quality, and retention.

• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing ? screening ? interview ? offer/reject
  
  
• Daily outbound outreach (LinkedIn, cold calls, resume mining, texts, emails)
  
  
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles
  
  
• Screen candidates for values alignment, skill, and reliability
  
  
• Partner with leaders to align hiring goals and brand standards
  
  
• Represent Moxie at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach
  
  
• Maintain ATS tracking and candidate follow-up
  
  

Required:

• 1–2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
  
  
• Experience with outbound sourcing (LinkedIn preferred)
  
  
• Comfortable recruiting for blue-collar, field, or customer support roles
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple roles at once
  
  
• Strong decision-making and follow-through
  
  
• Clean driving record
  
  
• Home services, trades, or high-volume recruiting background (Preferred)
  
  
• Experience with hiring events or staffing agency recruiting (Preferred)
  
  
• Confident communicator with a polished, professional presence

• Consistent outbound activity and candidate engagement
  
  
• Strong pipelines built before roles are urgent
  
  
• Fewer, better candidates moved forward
  
  
• Reduced turnover within 90 days of hire
