What you’ll be doing
You’ll bring a friendly and confident personality, along with enthusiasm and drive, to ensure every customer interaction leads to a positive experience and a successful booking.
Working in the Contact Centre, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking to book an adventure at one of our eight Zip World sites.
Your role will include helping customers choose the right experience, maximising booking opportunities, and converting enquiries into confirmed sales.
The team handles bookings for individuals, families, large groups, charities, children’s parties, schools and corporate clients, offering adventures, corporate facilities, and food and beverage experiences.
In addition to inbound calls, you will also:
Make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and confirm bookings
Promote offers and encourage repeat visits
Respond to emails and social media enquiries
Complete general administrative tasks
Support efforts to maximise bookings and revenue
What you’ll need
A sales-minded and customer-focused attitude
Confidence speaking to customers on the phone, including outbound calls
Drive and enthusiasm to convert enquiries into bookings
A professional, safety-conscious outlook
Energy and motivation to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to travel to site (own transport may be required due to remote locations)
Experience in customer service, bookings, or sales, plus basic IT skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A can-do, proactive, and positive mindset
