Project Manager - Client Delivery
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Delivery Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for client delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, define project scope, and establish clear objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and stored appropriately
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project,, Monday.com)
