You’ll work at the intersection of systems, strategy, and relationship management, ensuring that processes supporting donor engagement and collaboration are efficient, reliable, and scalable. • Define and execute the systems strategy for the partnerships function, identifying opportunities to build, optimize, or retire tools and processes
• Act as the primary liaison between partnerships and cross-functional teams such as legal, finance, and technical systems
• Own and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and alignment with business needs
• Build and maintain operational workflows including donor pipeline management, vetting processes, fund allocation, and communications tracking
• Establish clear policies, documentation, and protocols to standardize and scale team operations
• Support donor engagement efforts by creating systems that improve relationship tracking and delivery on commitments
• Identify operational gaps and proactively implement scalable solutions as the team grows

• Proven experience in operations, project management, or systems management within fast-paced environments
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design scalable processes across teams and tools
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders with diverse priorities
• Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and coordination of complex initiatives
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks independently
