This role focuses on supporting the growth of PEO (Professional Employer Organization) solutions across the US market by engaging with prospects, building pipeline, and contributing to consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will work closely with senior account executives to guide potential clients through discovery, product understanding, and solution alignment, helping them evaluate how PEO services can improve workforce management, compliance, and benefits administration. - Support the PEO sales team in building and progressing pipeline opportunities across the US market
- Conduct outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Assist senior Account Executives in deal execution, including discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper pipeline tracking and forecasting
- Manage timely follow-ups to support high-velocity sales cycles and improve conversion rates
- Contribute to messaging, outreach strategies, and continuous improvement of sales processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer experience and deal progression
- Develop strong knowledge of PEO offerings, positioning, and value propositions
- Meet activity and pipeline generation targets aligned with team goals
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, business development, SDR, or SaaS/HR-related environments
- Strong understanding or direct experience with PEO services in the US market
- Familiarity with consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Ability to explain complex HR concepts such as co-employment, benefits, and compliance structures
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong integrity, coachability, and openness to feedback and continuous learning
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with prospects and stakeholders
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting channels (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Interest in automation, AI tools, and modern sales enablement practices
