On-Site: GUATEMALA (Guatemala City), MXICO (Mrida, Chihuahua), PER (Lima) & ARGENTINA (Buenos Aires, Crdoba)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:0017:00 CDT

Were looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team and support daily payment and disbursement operations.

What youll do:

Process vendor and employee payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks)

Review and validate payment requests to ensure accuracy and compliance

Maintain vendor payment information

Reconcile transactions and resolve payment discrepancies

Support month-end close and reporting activities

Communicate with internal teams and external vendors

What were looking for:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

Mnimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable / Payments / Finance Operations

Knowledge of payment methods (ACH, wires, checks)

Strong attention to detail and time management

English level B2 or higher

Comfortable working on-site
