This role sits at the forefront of securing next-generation AI and machine learning systems, helping enterprises safely design, deploy, and scale intelligent technologies. You will lead complex client engagements focused on AI security assessments, secure architecture design, and risk mitigation strategies for emerging threats such as prompt injection, model extraction, and adversarial attacks. Acting as both a technical leader and client advisor, you will guide multidisciplinary teams while shaping secure AI adoption in highly dynamic environments. The position blends hands-on technical depth with strategic consulting, requiring strong engagement with executive stakeholders. You will also contribute to building scalable AI security frameworks, improving delivery standards, and mentoring consulting teams. This is a highly visible role where your expertise directly influences how organizations adopt AI safely and responsibly.
This role is responsible for leading AI security consulting engagements, shaping secure architecture design, and driving client delivery excellence:
- Lead AI security assessments covering model governance, data protection, deployment architecture, and AI system risk exposure.
- Design and document secure AI architectures, including controls such as sandboxing, isolation, secure MLOps pipelines, and runtime enforcement.
- Identify and analyze AI-specific threats such as prompt injection, model inversion, data poisoning, and adversarial manipulation.
- Advise clients on secure AI deployment strategies, including least privilege access, segmentation, and defense-in-depth principles.
- Lead client workshops, roadmap sessions, and technical discussions focused on AI security strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Manage project delivery, including planning, milestones, risk tracking, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.
- Support business development activities, including scoping, proposals, solution design input, and client presentations.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of AI security methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
This role requires strong expertise in cybersecurity, AI systems, and enterprise consulting:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in leadership or project management roles.
- Proven experience in secure architecture design, application security, or enterprise cybersecurity consulting.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and associated security risks and mitigations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern security controls (container security, sandboxing, isolation techniques).
- Strong programming skills in Python or another systems language (Go, Rust, C/C++).
- Familiarity with AI security concepts such as prompt injection, adversarial attacks, and model robustness.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead teams, manage complex engagements, and solve abstract technical challenges.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, or AI/security-focused equivalents) are a plus.
