Position Summary: The Maintenance Analyst I provides technical and administrative supportfor the Facilities work order system, ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and communication ofmaintenance requests across the district. This position supports daily operations by processingwork orders, coordinating communication between departments, and maintaining accuraterecords and reporting.This role works under general supervision and is responsible for supporting efficientmaintenance operations and customer service across district facilities. The Maintenance AnalystI serves as a primary point of contact for incoming service requests and ensures work ordersare dispatched, tracked, and closed accurately. This position is part of the OperationalContributor career track within the Maintenance department.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Associates degree or coursework in business administration, office management, orrelated field preferred
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in an office environment handlingclerical or administrative duties
Experience with work order systems or computerized maintenance managementsystems (CMMS) preferred
Experience in a school district or public facilities environment preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid Oklahoma drivers license preferred
No additional certifications required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to learn and use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteousdemeanor
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain accuraterecords
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple work streams under general supervision
Ability to identify problems, anticipate needs, and apply logical reasoning to resolveissues
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with maintenance staff, schoolpersonnel, and vendors
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle requests from diversestakeholders
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and apply them consistently
