Pool/Beach Attendant at NFC Amenity Management – San Antonio, Texas

We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $19 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our residents.
• Be responsible for enforcing all operational policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure the safety of our clients and their guests.
• Recognize and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the area/equipment, and notify the maintenance manager of any issues.
• Keep areas clean and free of debris.
• Welcome and acknowledge all residents and guests using NFC-approved terminology.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in any weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Cleaning and organization skills must be a high priority.
• Position may require moving deck furniture and supplies- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
