Position Overview:
The Enterprise Systems and Solutions Intern is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the analysis, documentation, and implementation of enterprise-wide systems to improve business performance and operational efficiency. This role works under the guidance of the Director of Enterprise Systems and Solutions to assist with application support and application development, including business requirement gathering, development, and testing. The Enterprise Systems and Solutions Intern will support enterprise applications including Yardi, PMWeb, and the Power Platform.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of solutions that address business needs.
- Participate in system design reviews and contribute to solution documentation.
- Support the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and user documentation.
- Provide first-level support for enterprise applications, including Yardi, PMWeb, and Power Platform
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues in collaboration with internal teams and software vendors.
- Document support issues and resolutions to build internal knowledge.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications under supervision.
- Assist in validating requirements and ensuring alignment with business goals
- All other duties as assigned.
Learning & Development Opportunities
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications in a real production environment.
- Exposure to the full application lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support.

Required Qualifications:
- Prior Internship experience in a related role.
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Exposure to enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Project, Planner, Visio).
- Experience or coursework related to construction or property operations is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to use standard office equipment such as computers, desk phones, cell phones, photocopiers, etc.
- Must be able to navigate stairs occasionally, particularly in the event of elevator outages or during emergency situations.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, stand, bend, and walk with the ability to lift 30 pounds occasionally.
Attendance and Scheduling:
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential for success in this role, and employees must adhere to set start times and assigned schedules.
- Occasional travel may be required for team outings, training sessions, or company-sponsored events, estimated at less than 5% annually.
Work Environment:
- Job is performed in a professional office environment.
- Exposure to varying indoor temperatures depending on location in the building and season.
- Combination of natural daylight and standard office lighting throughout the workspace.
- Movement across multiple flooring types, including tile, carpet, and other transitions.
- An open workspace layout, defined by a shared space without traditional enclosed offices or high-walled cubicles, may introduce distractions or reduce privacy.
- Possibility of shared desk spaces.
