Key Responsibilities:

• Perform roofing repairs on residential properties

• Install and repair siding, fascia, soffits, and other exterior finishes

• Assist with carpentry work as needed on various residential projects

• Conduct site assessments and identify material needs

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Operate company tools and equipment responsibly

• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors

• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing, siding, or carpentry preferred (willing to train)

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Valid drivers license required

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments

• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
