You will drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction for high-value clients, leveraging data insights to optimize outcomes and uncover growth opportunities. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide customers in maximizing the value of the platform while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Revenue Management, Sales, and Product. The position emphasizes proactive relationship building, strategic problem-solving, and hands-on mentorship of junior team members. Accountabilities:
  • Drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for an assigned book of accounts.
  • Analyze booking trends, pricing performance, and usage data to provide actionable insights.
  • Build strong consultative relationships with customers, acting as a trusted extension of their team.
  • Deliver training, presentations, and guidance to help clients optimize revenue and platform usage.
  • Secure annual subscription renewals and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Monitor account health and risk, reporting on progress to internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Customer Experience teams, providing customer feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Mentor junior team members and support the development of best practices across the Customer Success organization.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related client-facing roles.
  • Proven experience managing renewals and driving account growth.
  • Fluency in English and French; additional European language skills are a plus.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms or the ability to quickly learn complex software tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience delivering trainings, workshops, or presentations to clients.
  • Prior experience in tech, SaaS, or short-term rental industries is preferred.
  • Empathetic, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
