Real Estate Brokerage Bookkeeper at Pemberton Real Estate – Edina, Minnesota

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records across the organization. This role is essential in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Our compensation range depends on job history and experience level

$60,000 - $80,000 yearly

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording and categorizing transactions
• Track and reconcile company expenses across multiple departments
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements regularly
• Process and track vendor payments and invoices
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and closing processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial procedures
• Collaborate with leadership and the finance team on budgeting and expense tracking
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (real estate experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
