Seasonal Groundskeeper at CENTURY SALES AND MANAGEMENT LLC – Lincoln, Nebraska

Specific job duties include:

• Keeps the exterior areas of apartment buildings neat by completing landscaping projects and disposing of trash

• Maintains the interior common areas by disposing of trash, sweeping/vacuuming as needed

• Assists the maintenance team with basic interior work, such as changing light bulbs and furnace filters

• Calls for any major maintenance work needed
