Salary: $18.00-$21.00 an hour

Location: In-Person, Springfield, Missouri
Grizzly is looking for mechanically minded problem-solvers with real-world experience in woodworking, metalworking, machining, fabrication, or general shop work. If you enjoy understanding how machines operate, diagnosing mechanical issues, and helping others get the most out of their equipment, this role is a great fit.
This position supports customers over the phone, where you'll draw on your hands-on knowledge of tools, ship equipment, and mechanical systems to guide customers through setup, troubleshooting, and safe operation of their machines. We provide extensive paid training on our product line.
