Position Summary

Join our team for a 6-month internship focused on driving business process innovation and data management through the development and implementation of SharePoint solutions. As an intern on the DMS (Document Management System) project, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing SharePoint functionalities to support our digital transformation initiatives. You will also be responsible for creating comprehensive training materials to ensure effective adoption of the new system. This internship offers a dynamic, international environment where you can develop your technical and communication skills while collaborating with a diverse, motivated team dedicated to continuous improvement and excellence.

Your Role

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint functionalities tailored to the needs of the DMS project.
• Build and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows to support efficient document management and collaboration.
• Develop user-friendly training materials and documentation to facilitate the onboarding and ongoing support of end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the SharePoint setup aligns with business needs.
• Support the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying opportunities for automation and enhanced data management within SharePoint.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in a business-related or technical field, preferably with a focus on informatics, computer science, business process management, or digital transformation.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge or interest in SharePoint, document management systems, or process automation is a plus.
• Experience with creating training materials or technical documentation is an advantage.
