Title: IT Procurement Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Analyst to support technology purchasing and contract management activities. This role involves managing procurements, working with vendors, and ensuring compliance with state policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT procurements (hardware, software, services)
• Handle RFPs, IFBs, and other sourcing processes
• Negotiate contracts and work with vendors
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies
• Support stakeholders with procurement guidance

Required Skills:

• Experience in IT procurement and contract management
• Strong knowledge of RFP, IFB, and sourcing processes
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Nice to Have:

• Government/public sector experience
• Experience with procurement systems (eVA, Cardinal)
• VCA or VCO certification
