Inside Sales Rep- at Ford Hotel Supply Co – Columbia, Missouri

Food Service Equipment company seeking a full-time, experienced, Inside Sales Representative for our Columbia, MO location. This individual will be providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, detail oriented, and able to work 40 hours per week. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, 401(K), paid holiday’s off and more.
Hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Starting pay: $16-$17 per hour plus commission (additional $2-$4 per hour potential)
Qualifications:
• 2+ years if experience in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in Foodservice/Hospitality industry is a plus
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent mathematical Skills
• Great Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
