Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves sewing heavy-duty materials and performing repairs on firefighter protective gear. If you have strong attention to detail and experience with industrial sewing machines, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to repair and alter protective garments
• Sew heavy materials accurately and consistently
• Maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team

Qualifications:

• Experience sewing heavy materials
• Proficiency with industrial sewing machines
• Ability to sew straight lines and maintain attention to detail
• Willingness to work 40+ hours per week and occasional overtime
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to deadlines
• Must pass a sewing skills demonstration prior to hiring

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00A - 3:30P full-time
• Frequent overtime opportunities

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20.00 per hour
