We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Scheduling Team Member to coordinate daily service routes and ensure customers receive timely, efficient service.

This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll be the bridge between customers and technicians — balancing efficiency, communication, and service quality.

• Build and optimize daily technician routes
  
• Schedule new customers and recurring services
  
• Reschedule appointments as needed due to weather or operational changes
  
• Communicate schedule updates clearly to technicians and customers
  
• Monitor route efficiency and capacity
  
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure smooth handoffs
  
• Maintain accurate records in our scheduling and CRM systems
