Job Description

Project Manager, NetSuite Consulting

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager, NetSuite Consulting in Canada.

This role is a client-facing project leadership position focused on delivering end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful delivery across all phases from planning and design through deployment and transition. The position combines strong consulting discipline with operational rigor, requiring close coordination with engagement managers, consultants, and client stakeholders. You will act as the key driver of project governance, scope, timelines, and delivery quality while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and centered on digital transformation and ERP optimization. It is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in structured execution while managing complex client expectations.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations across all phases (Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, Transition), ensuring successful delivery aligned with client goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for client engagements, acting as an advocate for the client while balancing internal delivery standards and project constraints.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and work breakdown structures while ensuring delivery predictability across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Facilitate client status meetings and support steering committee updates in partnership with engagement leadership.
  • Oversee change management processes, ensuring proper evaluation and approval of scope changes, non-standard requirements, and delivery impacts.
  • Maintain strong operational discipline including RAID log management, forecasting, utilization tracking, and accurate project reporting.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and document risks and issues, ensuring transparency on impact to scope, timeline, and budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects, ideally within consulting or professional services environments.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams of 5+ members.
  • Experience with NetSuite implementations is highly desirable, along with relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, or NetSuite certifications).
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with demonstrated operational reliability (time tracking, forecasting, follow-through).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable leading virtual and on-site client workshops in a consulting environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in an AI-augmented delivery model and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $110,000–$130,000 CAD, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions up to 6%.
  • Fully remote flexibility within Canada with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
  • Paid training, certifications, and continuous professional development support.
  • Access to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture with opportunities to work across industries and complex ERP transformations.
  • Well-being programs supporting mental, physical, emotional, and social health.
