  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all claim activities within internal systems and client platforms.
  • Monitor claim queues including fresh claims, denials, suspensions, and appeals to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Meet defined productivity, quality, and compliance targets while adhering to operational procedures and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, reimbursement regulations, billing standards, and internal quality guidelines.
  • Support overall revenue cycle performance by minimizing aging A/R and optimizing reimbursement timelines.
Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
  • Experience working within U.S. healthcare BPO or revenue cycle management environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and clearinghouse platforms such as Waystar, Availity, Realmed, Change Healthcare, or ViaTrack.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with professional documentation capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
