This role is focused on ensuring the seamless onboarding, activation, and early success of new lending partners within a high-performance digital marketplace environment. You will own the full onboarding lifecycle, from initial kickoff through a partner’s first successful transactions, ensuring operational, technical, and compliance readiness at every stage. The position plays a critical role in enabling scalable growth by turning complex partner integrations into structured, repeatable, and high-quality launch processes. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, compliance, and external partners to deliver smooth and predictable onboarding experiences. In addition, you will monitor early performance metrics to ensure strong launch outcomes and identify opportunities for optimization. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-driven role in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new lender partners, from kickoff through full platform activation and initial loan funding success.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities across technical, operational, commercial, and compliance workstreams, ensuring clear timelines, expectations, and execution alignment.
  • Lead onboarding kickoff sessions and serve as the primary point of contact for new partners throughout the implementation phase.
  • Translate partner requirements into actionable internal plans and coordinate across product, engineering, operations, and legal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify, track, and resolve onboarding risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain launch timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor early-stage partner performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams and partners to optimize initial outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes, tools, and documentation to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in partner onboarding, partner operations, fintech, lending, or financial services environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex partner integrations or onboarding programs in cross-functional settings.
  • Strong understanding of consumer lending workflows, loan origination processes, or marketplace-based platforms.
  • Experience working closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver structured implementation projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent partner onboarding initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a strong attention to detail.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 USD
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility and equity participation through restricted stock units
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings plan and additional financial benefits
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave
  • Fully remote work environment (#LI-REMOTE)
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth digital marketplace and fintech environment
  • Exposure to cross-functional product, engineering, and partner strategy initiatives.
