What You’ll Do

Guide customers through the entire buying process

Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives

Present and structure deals that work for the customer and the store

Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business

Follow up like a pro (because that’s where the money is)

Requirements

Automotive sales experience (preferred)

Strong communication and closing skills

Professional appearance and attitude

Valid driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record

Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
