JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

• Creates/modifies drawing packages for manufacturing/Startup/asbuilts.
• Create BOMS
• Create Wire Lists/Device Labels for production team
• Support/Assist Production Engineers in Hardware related parts and custom wiring design. Panel component layout.
• Attend Group and Project related meetings as required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and modify drawings to support design, development, and production requirements.
• Prepare and maintain (BOMs) ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with design engineers and project managers to incorporate changes and updates into CAD models.
• Ensure all drawings and BOMs adhere to company standards, industry codes, and quality requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings and BOMs for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and procurement teams by clarifying design details and BOM structures.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for CAD and BOM processes.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Engineering, Physics, CS or related field.
• Years of experience: 0-2 years’ experience

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Able to read and understand electrical schematic drawings.
• Autocad Electrical or Eplan user experience
• Electrical hardware controls experience. Schematic Designer
