This is a senior leadership role at the core of a large-scale advertising marketplace, responsible for shaping how advertisers achieve performance and scale through advanced optimization systems. You will define the product vision for advertiser-facing tools spanning targeting, bidding, budgeting, forecasting, and AI-driven optimization. The role combines strategic ownership with deep collaboration across engineering, data science, design, sales, and marketing to deliver measurable business impact. You will lead and grow high-performing product teams while driving innovation in ad tech and machine learning-powered advertising systems. This position plays a critical role in shaping monetization strategy and long-term revenue growth through intelligent automation and advertiser success. It is ideal for a seasoned product leader who thrives in high-scale, data-driven, and fast-evolving environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the long-term product vision and roadmap for advertiser optimization across targeting, bidding, pacing, budgeting, and performance intelligence systems.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering strong execution, innovation, and talent growth.
  • Drive end-to-end ownership of key product areas within the ads marketplace, ensuring strong KPI performance and measurable advertiser outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing to deliver scalable advertising solutions.
  • Translate complex advertiser and market needs into clear product strategies and executable roadmaps.
  • Oversee the development of AI-driven and machine learning-powered optimization features to improve advertiser performance.
  • Monitor industry trends in ad tech and identify strategic opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and impact to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure strong analytical rigor across the team by leveraging data insights to guide product decisions and prioritization.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, with strong focus on advertising platforms, ads quality, or advertiser-facing products.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling product teams, including mentoring and developing Product Managers.
  • Strong track record of defining product strategies that drive measurable business and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of advertising systems such as targeting, bidding, budgeting, forecasting, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable product insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments across engineering, data science, design, and business teams.
  • Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystems and performance marketing principles.
  • Experience leading ML-driven or AI-enabled product initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Technical background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field is a plus.
  • Experience managing managers or multi-layered product organizations is a strong advantage.
