Job Description
Responsibilities
Performs highly skilled painting, plastering, and drywall finishing and wall-covering work; prepares work surfaces and areas for sanding, masking furniture and equipment, scraping walls, etc.; repairs cracks and holes; mixes and matches paints and stains. Applies paints using rollers, brushes and sprayers and finishes dry wall using standard or specialized tools. Also must be well versed in current vinyl wall covering installation techniques and maintaining related equipment. The employee will become familiar with and able to perform general maintenance of buildings and equipment. Works throughout the Medical Center and outlying Properties, which may include limited access areas including medication rooms.
