• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and telemetry architectures to support behavioral analytics and experimentation initiatives.
• Define and propose the most appropriate data architecture solutions based on business and technical requirements, including ETL, streaming, event-driven, Lambda, or Kappa architectures.
• Build and maintain APIs and microservices focused on event collection and data ingestion for digital products.
• Develop and optimize event tracking systems using behavioral data collection tools and custom SDK integrations.
• Work with streaming and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS Kinesis to support real-time data processing.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across data infrastructure components, including streaming clusters, databases, and distributed systems.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and incident response practices to ensure reliability and root-cause resolution for complex systems.
• Integrate data pipelines with analytics and product intelligence platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support experimentation initiatives, A/B testing infrastructure, and product analytics strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving scalability, cloud infrastructure, automation, and engineering best practices.

• Advanced experience in Data Engineering and Software Engineering within scalable and high-performance environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js for backend development and data processing.
• Experience with behavioral event collection and tracking platforms such as Snowplow, Segment, RudderStack, or similar solutions.
• Solid knowledge of event-driven architectures and streaming technologies including Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS Kinesis.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs and microservices for data collection and analytics purposes.
• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and advanced cloud computing concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and optimize performance bottlenecks across distributed systems.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management in complex data environments.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of A/B testing infrastructure and experimentation frameworks is considered a plus.
• Basic front-end knowledge to support event tagging and tracking implementation is an advantage.
