Account Support Specialist in Provo, Utah at Lift Credit

• Assist customers with making payments
• Be a happy and energetic first contact for our customers
• Field inbound and make outbound calls to help customers with loan applications
• Answer customer questions via text and email
• Organize customer documents and information
• Provide accurate information about Lift Credit products and services
• Provide outstanding customer service to Lift Credit customers

• Exemplary writing and verbal communication skills

• Computer literate
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or sales environment preferred
