SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Supervisor manages order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, delivery and warehouse functions. This position schedules, directs, and supervises warehouse employees. The Warehouse Supervisor assures inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Supervisor maintains forklifts and delivery truck maintenance and record keeping. This position coordinates and oversees all daily warehouse activities.

JOB DUTIES

• Supervises and directs daily activities of warehouse employees.
• Delegates and assigns tasks to warehouse employees.
• Provides input to manager on coaching and feedback to warehouse employees.
• Supervises warehouse activities to facilitate the most efficient and economical use of space for storing and distributing raw material and finished products.
• Manages order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and warehouse organization.
• Maintains warehouse location system and inventory accuracy.
• Schedules and directs daily customer deliveries.
• Services Customers at Will Call Counter.
• Performs other warehouse functions as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Ability to interact positively with direct reports, coworkers, and customers.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to spend up to 8 hours standing and walking to perform warehouse duties.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
• Must be able to operate hand pallet truck.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: Valid driver's license.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: 0-5 Indirect Reports

BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY: No

Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Motion, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.

• Pay: $23.28 - $29.11 / hour
