Job Description:

Swift7 Consultants, a leading marketing company based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective branding strategies to enhance our clients' brand identity and market presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain brand strategy and guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to execute brand initiatives and campaigns.
4. Oversee the creation of branded content, including advertisements, social media posts, and marketing materials.
5. Monitor brand performance and KPIs, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Manage brand budgets and resources effectively to achieve marketing goals within established timelines.
7. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their branding objectives are met and exceeded.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing to drive innovation and creativity.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
2. Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Brand Manager or similar role, preferably in a marketing agency or consultancy.
3. Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving brand innovation.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with branding software/tools is preferred.
