Job Description: Endorse Infinity is seeking an enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. The Events Assistant will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events organized by our company. From corporate gatherings to community outreach programs, the Events Assistant will be integral in ensuring the smooth operation and success of each event.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with event managers to develop event concepts and themes
• Assist in the logistical planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals
• Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and registrations
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to fulfill event requirements
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, breakdown, and attendee assistance
• Assist in post-event evaluation and report generation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
