Are you seeking a flexible certified home health contract with points GUARANTEED? We've got you covered! We're looking for an RN ready to provide excellent care in a flexible environment starting late September and earn roughly $15,48 in just two months. We are looking to fill this position as quickly as possible.

Earnings

Guaranteed Productivity: 30 Points/Week

Weekday Pay Rate: $64.53/Point (Approx. $1935.90/Week)

Weekend Rate: $67.47/point

Visit Type Productivity Values

• Start of Care: 2.2 - 2.5 Points per Visit
• Discharge: 1.0 - 1.5 Points per Visit
• Resumption of Care / Recertification: 1.5 - 1.75 Points per Visit
• Revisit: 1.0 Point per Visit

You will...

• Provide independent, exceptional care to patients in their homes including comprehensive assessments and creating individualized care plans, keep up with timely and thorough documentation using HomeCare HomeBase.
• Cover visits between 10am and 6pm, including weekends as required.

You know how certified home health works and how to provide excellent care in collaboration with your patients, their families, and healthcare provided. We'll be here to support you as needed.

Your Qualifications

• Licensure: Current and unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey
• Experience: 1+ year(s) of Certified Home Health experience as an LPN
• Skills: OASIS, wound care, wound vac
• Availability: Must be able to work weekends and cover visits between 10am and 6pm. Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and car insurance coverage.
• Certifications: Current CPR certification; additional certifications in home health or geriatric care preferred.
