Job Summary

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional programs that align with organizational strategy and business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive execution across multiple projects and teams while ensuring timely delivery, quality, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large‑scale, enterprise‑wide programs from initiation through execution and closure
  • Define program vision, scope, objectives, success metrics, and governance structure
  • Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple interdependent projects and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and resolve issues
  • Track program performance, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
  • Ensure effective communication across teams by providing regular status updates and executive‑level reporting
  • Drive process improvement, best practices, and standardization across programs
  • Manage vendor relationships and external partners as required
  • Mentor and coach project and program managers, fostering a high‑performance culture
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role
  • Proven experience managing large, complex, cross‑functional programs
  • Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)
  • Program/Project Management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or PRINCE2
  • Experience working in matrixed or global organizations
  • Domain expertise relevant to the organization (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance, operations)

  • Reports to: Director / Head of Program Management / PMO
  • Collaborates with: Executive leadership, functional heads, project managers, operations, finance, and vendors
